1. Reservation & Payment

• A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.

• Full payment or a deposit may be requested prior to arrival, depending on the booking terms.

• All prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

2. Cancellation & Changes

• Free cancellation up to 20 days before arrival.

• Cancellations made after this period or no-shows will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.

• Changes to reservations are subject to availability and may result in rate adjustments.

3. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: From 15:00

• Check-out: By 12:00

• Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

4. House Rules

• No smoking inside the lofts.

• No pets are allowed (unless agreed upon in advance).

• Parties and excessive noise are not permitted to respect other guests and neighbors.

5. Liability

• Athens Soho Lofts is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during your stay.

• Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay and may be charged accordingly.

6. Guest Responsibility

• Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations during their stay.

• Management reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests for inappropriate behavior without refund.

7. Privacy Policy

• Your personal data is collected solely for reservation and communication purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

8. Force Majeure

• Athens Soho Lofts is not liable for events beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, government actions) that may impact your stay.
